Questions about pricing
What does “2 uses of each premium tool” mean?
In the free version you can use each premium tool, such as OCR or conversion to Word, 2 times so you can see how it works on your own documents before deciding.
Is the monthly plan a commitment?
No. The monthly plan costs US$2.49 and you can cancel whenever you want. If you know you’ll keep using Urraca, the yearly plan comes out cheaper.
Do I need an internet connection to use Urraca?
Your documents are processed on your computer and are never uploaded. Urraca only connects to the internet to verify your license, check for updates and, only if you turn them on, send anonymous error reports.
How do I get an invoice for my company?
Business licenses are sold directly and include a CFDI tax invoice for companies in Mexico. Write to sales@urracapdf.com.
