Every purchase of Urraca PDF has a 30-day guarantee.
Seller
Refunds are handled by Juan Alberto Castillejos Gordillo, the seller of Urraca PDF.
30 days, full refund
If Urraca isn’t right for you, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of what you paid. We won’t ask why. This applies to every paid plan.
How to request it
Write to support@urracapdf.com within those 30 days, from the email address you used to buy. If you bought with a different address, tell us which one and the date of purchase.
When you get your money back
We issue the refund within 5 business days of your email, to the same payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
After the refund
Once refunded, the paid plan ends and Urraca continues on the Free plan.
