By downloading, installing or using Urraca, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Urraca on the number of computers included in your plan. You may not resell, rent or redistribute the program, or attempt to bypass its license system.
Free and paid plans
The free version includes the basic features and a limited number of uses of the premium tools. Paid plans unlock the premium tools for the period you paid for. Yearly plans are billed once a year; monthly plans every month. You can cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Premium through bandwidth sharing
If you choose to get Premium by sharing bandwidth through Bright SDK, Premium stays active while that option is on. If you turn it off, the program returns to the free version.
Your content
Your documents are yours. Urraca processes them on your computer and we don’t get any rights to them. You are responsible for having permission to edit, convert or sign the documents you work with.
Warranty and liability
We work hard to make Urraca reliable, but the program is provided “as is”. We recommend keeping copies of important documents before editing them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Mexico City, unless the law of your country gives you other rights as a consumer.
